Despite the fact that there was a tenant, and belongings in the home, Joseph completed a thorough inspection. I was able to be with him or nearby throughout the inspection and he was able to explain much of what he found so that I could easily understand it. Additionally, his written report at the end was thorough, had the appropriate photos and was presented i a manner that made it easy to comprehend. This inspection will allow us to make repairs and improvements to the home so that it will continue to be a liveable home. . I would recommend Joseph without reservation and would use him again."

Told my roof was in great shape and that I didn't need the cleaning that I thought I was going to need. Gave me some tips and advise on what I could do myself to keep my roof in great shape.
