"Very quick service. Called David Sammons, the owner of Charlotte Roofing Specialists, and we scheduled a site visit for roof replacement. David is very solution oriented and not quick to just throw out a uneducated/thoughtless scenario. During the site visit, he took accurate measurements and detailed notes on the specifics our roof. From there, he stated he would be in touch re: pricing.
Within that week, he provided a detail quote on the roof replacement. He will give you several options to choose from, his recommendations, and pro's/con's to each. He is respectful and honest, which is tough to find in contractors these days. Every interaction seems as if he is in the business for the long term.
His crew showed up the following week and completed the roof replacement within a couple of days. They were always on time, worked as late as they could, and left our house clean.
Third time we have used Charlotte Roofing Specialists. All for different roofing needs during our home ownership.
