Likewise, he inspected the sprinkler system, concrete driveway, exterior brick walls for mortar cracks, roof shingles, chimney, exterior electrical box, scoped sewage line. rear patio deck, rear fence, exterior faucets, gutter downspouts , and exterior lights for caulking seals seals. Extremely thorough inspection I observed while on site with him for three plus hours."
