"I hired Joshua to help me with home inspections when I had surgery on my shoulder he completed approximately 25 to 30 home inspections he was very knowledgeable about home inspections and what to look for, he was very thorough with the inspections even though I was there with him as he preformed the inspection there was very little that I would have done differently. I have been a contractor for over 40 years and a home inspector with 3 certifications from ashi ahit and internachi. And have been doing home inspections for around 7 years.
