"The crew arrived at 8:30am. They put tarps over my foundation flowerbeds. by 9:00am, old roofing materials were being dropped onto the tarps. Some fo the workers bundled the shingles and hand-carried to the roof edge, refuse-trailer was parked. The old shingles were dropped into the refuse-trailer. By 10:30am, the tarps were rolled up and taken to the refuse-trailer in wheelbarrows so as not damage my front lawn's septic field. by 11:00am, workers were inspecting my yard for stray roofing, picking them up by hand. A large flatbed truck arrived by 11:35am, loaded with my new roofing materials. After the materials were off-loaded, the workers set up ladders, and hand-carried everything to the roof. After that was completed, a small generator was set up for air nailers, and they began installation of my new roof. By 4:00pm, they began the final cleanup. Trash was picked up and put into the refuse-trailer. By 5:00pm, the work was done. A last-minute inspection got rid of some leftover trash. The man leaf-blowing debris, even cleaned out my gutter! And before they took down all of the ladders, they even put my disconnected downspout back together! At 5:09pm, the refuse-trailer was covered, re-connected to the truck that brought it, and driven away. The roofing crew left at 5:25pm, but not before I thanked them. I told them how much I appreciated their hard work, and appreciated them taking time to re-connect my gutter's downspout as they completed their inspection of my yard."

"A bad storm that came through the area caused a leak in my roof and it became evident that a complete replacement was necessary. I called around and decided for several reasons to employ Ryan Weeks of Presidential Exteriors. In my conversations with Ryan, he was exceptionally responsive. Our first phone contact was when he returned my call from his car driving back from a few days vacation. He related very well, anticipated my needs, questions and concerns. I had the feeling that I was being offered the highest integrity, and I knew that they would not cut corners. Despite an unusually rainy August, Ryan kept me fully informed of his plans, and the job was done on time. I was not only impressed with Ryan’s management of the project, but the workmanship is also very good. I did not climb up on the rough, of course, but from all angles on the ground the shingles look tight, square, and neat. Any mess the workers might have made was completely cleaned up.
