Tom, my sales representative, went through a full explanation of the Pella Symphony windows. I decided on just windows and doors and felt no pressure for declining the other items the company offered. I was offered a one year eligible rate on the items I declined so I could still get the prices for one year. The installation crew was respectful to me and my home. The clean up was done well. We had a walk through before the crew leader left so that final touch ups could be addressed. After the windows were installed a project manager came to inspect. We met for about 3 hours going over the install techniques, reviewed the warranty info, and discussed the doors that will be put in. A well run business selling quality products.
