"I originally was going to go thru insurance and then after Jordan and Brian came by I saw the difference in what quality means. I did not want insurance to tell me what kind of roof I was going to get. It is my house and my family. The workmanship was incredible and was done in a good time. "We had the front siding of our home replaced due to wind damage. The job entailed removing partial decking revealing some damage which Noemi explained, it was addressed and care was also taken replacing the decking. She was informative throughout. We are confident of a quality siding installation more secure than the original. Clean up care was also taken. We are hiring again for roofing!"

"It went great! They were very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. Before the repair, they showed care and concern for my home by going above and beyond in preventative work. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. I would highly recommend him."

"Service provider arrived on time to my residence. Carpet tech was very professional and asked if I had any high traffic areas that required pretreatment. Tech pre-treated all areas of concern and went over pre-treated areas twice with the carpet machine. I have a lot of carpeted areas in my home and have used several big commercial companies in the past to clean my carpet and to be honest this was the BEST carpet cleaning company that I have used. My carpet looks like new and all areas cleaned dried within a day. This company employs skilled carpet techs that are professional, knowledgable, and provide excellent customer service. D&R Services will continue to get my business for any future carpet cleaning needs I may have in the future."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
