"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

They helped us authenticate damage to the roof with our insurance company, provided a thorough and honest appraisal which the insurance company validated., a big job which required complete removal of the old roof and replacement with new, high quality shingles. Their installation teams worked tirelessly on the 4 day job, and returned afterwards to inspect all work and touch up places they thought needed improving without our having to ask. Clean up teams were thorough. They even repaired items which were not in the contract. Incredible, reliable service, friendly, no nonsense representatives. "I called after I realized several shingles came off of the house while the wind storm was still happening hoping to get "on the list" to get repairs done. I was surprised when they came out within an hour and a half, but it was still too dangerous for them to get on the roof because of the winds. The worker said he would be back out the next day at 11. He showed up just a little after 11 which was impressive. He completed the job quickly and gave me a very detailed report on what he did and the overall condition of the roof (its going on it's 15th year). He cleaned up and left everything the way it should be. The only concern was the cost ($275) as it seemed a bit higher than what I thought it would be. HOWEVER, considering they came out the same day I called...returned the next...and made me a priority, I realize that is worth the cost. No complaints and I would defiantly use them again!"
