"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

Tom and his crew inspected the above, checked the roofing nails and pounded in where needed, secured the gutters, checked the chimney. Tom felt replacing a small section of the roof would fix the problem. He also said the chimney needed repointing but we will do that at a later date. Very satisfied with the service. Will call them again for the chimney."
