The quality of their work is exceptional, a high point of which is the barrel ceiling. Upon completion they throughly cleaned the area and removed all debris. After reflection, I figured I was harsher than is called for!  Perhaps, he didn't convey clearly that he did make some repairs.  More time on site to deliver value; perhaps they don't get paid much of the voucher, and better communication can be helpful.

B&R improvement was quite easy to work with in scheduling a visit.  The only problem was that it turned out to be a roof inspection and a quotation for the whole roof replacement.  But, the voucher I bought is meant for repairs.  Apparently, a part of small part of the roof needs attention soon; while the rest might last a few years; considering that it is 19 years into its 30 year life. 
The voucher included a number of repair items and I felt that it didn't serve the intended purpose.   If I was looking for quotation for roof replacement, perhaps I could have gotten that free from any roofer.    Remember I am not judging the roof replacement quotation from B&R Home Improvement; but rather that I didn't get what I was expecting for the voucher."
