"Keith guided me through where he thought my leak was coming from, told me how to repair it myself including what product would work the best. I had Keith inspect my roof, he patched several other locations. I plan to have Midwest Diversified do some other work in the future. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"This company is the BEST!!! From the owners Matt & Katie, to the installers, we were floored with the top-notch professionalism, craftmanship and low price! My husband and I replaced 14 windows on our 1980's home, we were cautious and got several bids, Matt & Katie came in so low we wondered what kind of quality windows we would get. Well let me say to any prospective buyers out there...you will not be disappointed!! Our new windows are absolutely beautiful!! The installers were skilled and very efficient at their trade, they were also some of the kindest people ive met, very aware and courteous and respectful to my family and pets during the installation which was apx 2 days. "Ross was very thorough and professional with our daughters home inspection. He walked through everything in detail and provided her with a digital inspection report that included color photos and detailed information pertaining to the pictures and possible fixes for any problems he found. Ross helped us by addressing the structural problems he found with the seller and their contractor. After their meeting the seller agreed to fix the foundation issues! So, thanks to Ross and his expertise we saved thousands of dollars by him finding the foundation problems before our daughter purchased the house! And for that we are so thankful!
