"Jim was great and willing to work around my schedule. From the estimate date to install date was less than 10 days. I didn't need to be home for the installation, but they called and told me to place old sheets underneath the skylights just in case debris fell in. On the day of installation, I could not even tell they had been there other than a few paint chips on the old sheets. I was nervous the first 2-3 rainstorms as one of the old ones leaked and I'd always had to line up big containers when I thought it was going to rain. As I type this, I'm 5 hours into Hurricane Irene...not one leak. In addition, my old ones were builder grade and in the summer my upstairs would be 15-20 degrees hotter than the lower levels. These have made such a difference! ."
