This comes with a 5 yr labor guarantee and 40 yr materials guarantee. Finally, the crew repaired a roof flashing which caused a minor leak. I will certainly use Jerry again on future roof projects."

He was able to tell us everything we needed to have fixed in order to sell our house, and he was very knowledgeable & helpful! He also got back to me very quickly. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
