"Erik Bentz was outstanding. He inspected everything in the interior part of the home including the garage area, and in the attic also. Likewise, he inspected the sprinkler system, concrete driveway, exterior brick walls for mortar cracks, roof shingles, chimney, exterior electrical box, scoped sewage line. rear patio deck, rear fence, exterior faucets, gutter downspouts , and exterior lights for caulking seals seals.
