"Erik Bentz was outstanding. He inspected everything in the interior part of the home including the garage area, and in the attic also. Likewise, he inspected the sprinkler system, concrete driveway, exterior brick walls for mortar cracks, roof shingles, chimney, exterior electrical box, scoped sewage line. rear patio deck, rear fence, exterior faucets, gutter downspouts , and exterior lights for caulking seals seals. Extremely thorough inspection I observed while on site with him for three plus hours."

When they left after the first day they cleaned everything thoroughly and I couldn't find one nail sitting on the ground. The crew worked professionally and efficiently. In addition to top notch service, the administrative office from Roland’s Roofing sent our insurance company all the invoices. In return, our insurance was able to promptly inspected the roof and then provided us a check to reimburse the services. They made something that seemed to be complicated seamless.
