Promptly were visited by one of their representatives who did a visual inspection of our property and recommended the best option for us given the requirements of our homeowners association. They have done deck replacements in our neighborhood before and are intimately familiar with the dos and don'ts. We decided to go with the upper deck replacement, new fence and gate (lower gate is still in good condition and doesn't need work).
