"JR Roofing did a superior job on my home at a fair price. I was impressed that they took photos to show me why my roof was in need of repair and explained the process in detail. I had a difficult request regarding a skylight and the owner worked patiently with me to insure I was happy with the final result. The crews that worked were courteous, hard working and cleaned up their work area before leaving everyday. I can't say enough about this company other than I put my trust in them and they did not let me down."

"I set up an appointment to get my roof looked at and get an estimate. Jordan stopped by and did an inspection, showed me my options, and provided me with information on roofing. I decided to go with DaBella as they also give ou an option for financing. Highly satisfied with the way the roof looked. After the work was completed, Jordan contacted me to ask how everything went and also did an inspection. He noticed some discrepancies that I missed and contacted the company to have it corrected. "Our house sits on a hill and is exposed to high winds . We often loose a few shingles during the winter and spring. I contacted Mr Ast to do an inspection of the roof and to replace shingles He did a good job of explaining what needed to be done. After signing the estimate they were able to do the work within 2 days. His team showed up exactly at the time and day they had said. His workers noticed that some planks had gotten wet and suggested replacing them. This showed me that they were serious about doing quality work. It was also very easy to communicate with this company."

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
