After going through the results with them, we concluded it's definitely time to get our roof done. "Our house sits on a hill and is exposed to high winds . We often loose a few shingles during the winter and spring. I contacted Mr Ast to do an inspection of the roof and to replace shingles He did a good job of explaining what needed to be done. After signing the estimate they were able to do the work within 2 days. His team showed up exactly at the time and day they had said. His workers noticed that some planks had gotten wet and suggested replacing them. This showed me that they were serious about doing quality work. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
