"Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"When our townhouse was under contract in February, snow storms prevented the home inspector from checking out the roof. Concerned that we didn't have a full picture of what we were getting ready to buy, our realtor called Springfield Roofing. Mike came out to inspect the roof right before the second wave of a storm front, and gave us incredible peace of mind. At the time, he flagged that we needed to get our roof recoated.
Shortly after we scheduled the recoating a few weeks ago, we noticed a small water stain on the ceiling of our bedroom. We alerted Mike that we had an immediate problem, and he came out within a day to diagnose the issue. They have since fixed the leak and recoated the roof, all without any hassle.
