"From the first phone call i received from luke he was Very informative and attentive to answering any of my questions. He took the time to explain everything i had doubts in. During the actual home inspection he was super meticulous with his inspection. He noticed things i had overlooked. Major things he noticed was that the roof was wavy and find the reason. Second thing he found asbestos strips in basement. Overall Luke was the right person for the job he is someone i would definitely recommend in any inspections and future home inspections. "Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"The tech came in and did a through inspection on the stove top. He reported the problem to Choice Home Warrenty. It was determined that is was more cost effective to replace the whole oven. (It was all one piece). I only had to pay the service fee on my contract. The response time from CHW was very good but with COVID it took about 2 weeks to find someone to come out."
