"Chris was extremely knowledgeable in regards to any question that we asked. He was thorough in his inspection taking his time and often double checking. He communicated throughout the entire inspection all the while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. He even took the time to sit down and address any question we had in addition to all the question we had already asked. He did not just tell us the answer in instances where he could show us he did so. Chris also provided us with a wonderful handbook. "Our self-managed HOA very much appreciated CE's (especially Artem's) straightforward demeanor. CE was able to replace our roof that had apparently been done poorly during its 2005 reno. When water continued to come into our home, they were willing to come back to install a diverter to help mitigate the issue from continuing. We are hoping that it will be effective but we do not yet know for certain until we get rain."
