The inspection proved I had significant roof damage from a hail storm. They helped with the insurance claim and met with the insurance adjuster at the house. Not only is he reasonably priced, the program used to share inspections is top notch. The program offers detailed pictures and descriptions making it easy to understand in layman's terms. I like how he can be shared inspections directly with the realtor, as well. Unfortunately, the hone was not the right fit for us. We look forward to working with him again when we find a new home."
