"o I know I’m a little late on putting this review up. I just want to say I called Steve from Bulldog and he was quick to answer the phone. Not only was he quick to answer the phone I spoke with him directly and we talked for a minute. He was very detailed on the phone call when I told him what I needed. His price was very reasonable and let me tell you I can not believe what Steve found in the house I was about to purchase. He checked things I know just a regular inspector not bother checking. He found out that the roof on the house the sellers were saying was 10 years old was actually 20 years old and at the end of its life expectancy. He also found that there was termite damage up in the attic that had made a non load bearing wall turn into a load bearing wall that needed support. He was great during the inspection he didn’t really converse with me until the end cause he had work to be done which in my eyes speaks louder than words. My inspection was on February 6 2023 at 1:30pm and he had my report up and ready for me to read that night. Now he discusses the big main issues if there are any then he tells you to read the report fully don’t just skim it cause there might be more he didn’t get to go over. This was very helpful and now I’m in the middle of renegotiating on the house I was trying to buy. I AM VERY HAPPY I CALLED STEVE AT BULLDOG!!!!!!! By the way I have given out eight of his business cards at my work cause I was very impressed. I would’ve been mad had I bought the place and found out later. Like"

"From the first call to the last inspection very professional. Very polite and patient we took a while to settle on a color, calling in after making our order to change colors. They were very polite and worked with us. The quality of the product is very impressive I should not need to replace this side in my life time. The installer was very polite and talked to us often. The first day he talked with us and we set times so he wouldn't wake us to early, were early risers but it was nice he asked. He also ask about working late and the use of electricity and water. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day, he also kept it neat during the day. The inspector/supervisor stopped by often to check on progress was great to keep us informed and communication with contractor. When starting the back of the house I noticed that the direction of the siding was going different to what we ordered, I discussed it the contractor and after looking over the order from he apologized and corrected the mistake. Luckily it was caught before he got to far. When it was finished it was awesome the house looks great. The old dingy yellow was gone and a new slate gray looked great. If I happen to need to replace siding on another house I defiantly will give Continental Siding Supply a call."

"We experienced everything from original person who was to do our job walking off the job, to elimination of 50% of work we wanted done.  The person who signed us up for the work, which is the same person who was to do the work, promised us via contract that the company could do all the work and there would be a work crew available in the following week.  The original person that eventually walked off the job, would tell us he was going to be here at a certain time, then he did not show up until hours later.   After that, we had a difficult time even getting someone to show up to do the work.  When someone (two guys) did arrive, they were evidently pulled off other jobs, to finish our projects.  One of the guys was overheard to say, that he had to correct C's mistake (meaning the one window), that had siding damage, from removing the old window, and was the workman that had abandoned our project.  Anyway, the two windows have been a nightmare, as it was suggested by the contractor that a 3 inch trim board be placed around the two windows being replaced, to compensate for the siding damage that occurred next to the one window.  We agreed, as it seemed to be okay at the time.  One of the windows had a large 1" hole that went from the inside of house to the outside, and a large 1" hole in the siiding at the top of this same window.  The homeowner (myself) had to quickly put some in the hole that went all the way through, as ants were coming in, and used excess foam, even though interior foam only to fill in the hole on the outside above this window.  Since then, we have noticed a leak very near where one of the holes was patched.  Several times it was mentioned to the contractor about these holes, but nothing was ever done to permanently patch these holes.  Upon closer inspection of the windows, it was observed that the J channel, instead of sitting right next to the windows, was placed around the trim, which now surrounds the windows.  It was also observed that a screw sits in the J channel on one side, and because the windows, along with the J Channel extend out further than they should, we presume, so the window meets the surrounding trim.  Anyway, according to window install instructions, there isn't any circumstance where the J Channel is now sitting right next to the window.  We asked that we get a 2d opinion about this window install, before we made our final payment, just to be assured that everything was done okay.  This contractor rebelled and demanded immediate payment, even though 30 days had not passed.  We were even accused of being responsible for the added trim, since we agreed to it, and any associated problems associated with it.  We paid, but with a bitter taste in our mouth.
