"Luc Cotnoir, the owner came over to the house and took pictures of both of our porch roofs with his Ipad and showed us the condition of the roofs, also took pictures of the water damage on our front porch.  That evening he sent a very thorough report of what needed to be done and an estimate.  I called him the next day and told him we would like to proceed with the work and mailed a deposit check.  The following week it rained on Monday and Tuesday, but first thing Wednesday two of his men were here and started work.  We are seniors and late risers so they waited politely in the driveway until 9:00 A.M. before starting.  The work took three days and after completion Luc Cotnoir came over and took pictures of the new roofs and downloaded the "before and after" pictures into our computer.  The men were very polite, worked hard and did a superb job and the clean up was excellent.  We had planned to use another Construction Company before meeting and talking with Luc, but after reading about his Company on Angie's List the decision was made and we are extremely happy with our decison and the resul"
