"The inspector, Don Grisoff, got out to the property in a matter of days and got the inspection report to me the next morning. every inch of the home was documented with respect to action items in need of immediate attention, and maintenance items that would need attention in the future. after reading the inspection report i had some questions. i texted the inspector who got right back to me and answered every one of my questions thoroughly. He was great to talk to and put my mind at ease by describing all the things that were an issue and how to address them. I am buying a house and moving cross country. I am very appreciative of the detail of the inspection and the personal attention from the inspector."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
