The very lovely home I fell in love with in Long Valley is an older home & while it appears to be well maintained, I still wanted a thorough inspection. During the consultation call, he clearly specified the scope of his work, listed all the items he does and doesn’t inspect. He arrived early on the inspection day, and started with exterior scans before I got there. After I joined him, he went through all the details I need to know, both findings and general maintenance practices. He produced a detailed report during the weekend, and was always available for any questions. The radon test I requested required him going back in several days to pick up the testing kit. There were several items that he couldn’t inspect during the first time because the seller’s stuff blocked the access. Stuart marked these in his initial report and offered to try again during the radon pick-up. He did these additional inspections after I asked seller to clean up the stuff.
