"From the first phone call i received from luke he was Very informative and attentive to answering any of my questions. He took the time to explain everything i had doubts in. During the actual home inspection he was super meticulous with his inspection. He noticed things i had overlooked. Major things he noticed was that the roof was wavy and find the reason. Second thing he found asbestos strips in basement. Overall Luke was the right person for the job he is someone i would definitely recommend in any inspections and future home inspections. "Our air-conditioner broke down right at the beginning of summer, with two disabled individuals in the home it was not a good situation. I called American home Shield and they had a repair company out the very next morning. Remember, this is during the time of year when most heating and air-conditioning companies are very busy. The inspection was prompt and in no time the service technicians were given permission to start the work. In no time the air-conditioner was up and running, no they didn't replace it, but the Warranty did exactly what it supposed to do take care of a major expense in a prompt and efficient way."
