"Obtained their card at a home show; we needed a new roof. Tree in our yard fell on our deck and roof; called Melvin Mills for estimate. One of owners came to our house, worked with us and insurance adjuster to satisfaction of all. wonderfully kind people, workers extremely polite and considerate. We recommend them if you want excellent service from a top quality professional company. *That is an only an estimate of the cost which included repairs and part of the new roof and guttering which the insurance payout covered."

"We called Southern Grace Exteriors to inspect the roof of a rental property we own in Hilton Head, SC. Our management company said we needed a new roof .... and that they could do it quickly for a HUGE price. We decided to get a second opinion and called Southern Grace. "Our air-conditioner broke down right at the beginning of summer, with two disabled individuals in the home it was not a good situation. I called American home Shield and they had a repair company out the very next morning. Remember, this is during the time of year when most heating and air-conditioning companies are very busy. The inspection was prompt and in no time the service technicians were given permission to start the work. In no time the air-conditioner was up and running, no they didn't replace it, but the Warranty did exactly what it supposed to do take care of a major expense in a prompt and efficient way."
