Warranty gives me a peace of mind, because you have to believe (you can’t check it yourself) that everything done is reliable and will serve you for years to come that comes with a 40 point inspection from the manufacturer!! I would like to give my congratulations to HCR for the impressive job knowledge of its employees like Michael Anthony. I agreed to schedule installation by HCR in two weeks from the date (no earlier dates was available), but later in the day I got a call that HCR found the team available to do installation next day! So all process took only three days. Amazing! I also need to mention that Mr. Anthony found for me a financing option which resolved my hesitation related to money issue and really helped resolve my concerns. "The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."
