He communicated throughout the entire inspection all the while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. He even took the time to sit down and address any question we had in addition to all the question we had already asked. He did not just tell us the answer in instances where he could show us he did so. Chris also provided us with a wonderful handbook.
