"First of all I want to thanks HCR for prompt completion of the project. It is great to have a responsible company, like HCR, doing the job for you, and employing great people, like Michael Anthony a Vp, our senior consultant and advisor, Michael had been constantly in touch before, during, and after installation. He was checking all the time our level (mine and my wife’s) complete satisfaction, and when we had a question about appearance of the roof in one place, the roofing people from the team were right there to address our concern. Great job! That was a reason we selected HCR. One day after long series of rains in our Germantown area my wife pointed to a large spot on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms and asked what we are going to do about it. It is always the touchy moment when something like this happens to retired people with the fixed income. The obvious answer was: roof has to be replaced, so I turned to Home Advisor.
